Our general conditions
General terms and conditions (Ts&Cs) validity area. These general terms and conditions apply to all non-binding reservation enquiries as well as all binding online bookings.
Reservation enquiry and booking. Every reservation enquiry and booking is forwarded as a communication message on your behalf to the Hotel Alpenresidenz der Adler. You will receive a direct reply from the hotel to any non-binding reservation enquiries via e-mail, with an offer or with the information you have specifically requested. The booking of individual services & package offers via the hotel website is binding. The accommodation and service contract comes into effect for any bookings placed online; please note the respective cancellation terms and conditions.
Accommodation and travel services contract. The accommodation and travel services contract is immediately effected between you and the Hotel Alpenresidenz der Adler when a booking is made – confirmation of this is the online booking confirmation, or the reservation form received from us by e-mail/or post - thereupon cancellation terms automatically take effect.
25% of the full amount is due within 14 days of receipt of the reservation confirmation for private bookings (20% for online bookings). Please pay the remainder upon leaving the hotel, either in cash, with a debit card or with a current credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Bookings in the 'Best Price Rate' range are not refundable and will be debited from your credit card within 14 days. All claims and obligations arising from the accommodation and travel service contract are immediately and solely between the booking party and the Hotel Alpenresidenz der Adler. Any services not availed of during your stay (e.g. afternoon snacks) will not be reimbursed.
Changes and cancellations: The following cancellation conditions apply to all reservations: up to 3 months (90 days) before arrival: no cancellation fees; from 3 to 1 month before arrival: 3 days of the full booking will be charged; from 1 month (30 days) before arrival: 70 % of the booking will be charged; early departure: 100% of the booking - No Show 100% of the booking. Cancellations must be effected directly via the Hotel Alpenresidenz der Adler. We would like to point out that the Hotel Adler reserves the right to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of receipt, without having to provide information. To avoid cancellation costs you can also take out travel cancellation insurance.
If you have a gift voucher for our hotel and would like to use it for your next reservation please let Reception know in good time (at the latest when you arrive).
Hotel categories and hotel/travel information. International standard hotel star classification provides a non-binding indication of the standard of a hotel, allowing for the hotel's self-rating. Any additional hotel and travel information and descriptions are based on the hotel's own information.
Contractually agreed room prices. All the prices that feature in the reservation system are the latest day rates or special rates which apply to all bookings effected via the hotel website.
Bookings are effected at the best current Alpenresidenz Adler day rate for the selected travel date and are shown on behalf of the Hotel Alpenresidenz der Adler. The latest available last-minute, seasonal, weekend and special promotional prices in the Hotel Alpenresidenz der Adler are automatically taken into account at the time of the booking.
Miscellaneous: All information has been compiled with the greatest care and attention, however no liability can be assumed for errors in data compilation or for data transfer. The taking-over of data to other data media, even in extracts, or use for purposes other than the intended purpose is only permitted with the express approval of Residenz Hubertus.
Applicable law: Austrian law applies. Court of jurisdiction is Kitzbühel, Austria.
