In the Hotel Alpenresidenz Adler we are 100% geared to indulging and surprising you each and every day.

Adler Cuisine in Summer 2020

The official regulations unfortunately force us to restructure the Adler kitchen and the 3/4 board offer. Buffets cannot be offered from today's perspective! We will serve breakfast according to your wishes and our possibilities, instead of your afternoon snack you will receive a lunch packet and in the evening we will serve you a 4-course menu, right at the table.

If we are again allowed to hold the "Adler Cuisine" as usual, we will of course inform you.

We thank you for your understanding and still guarantee you a vital, varied and tasty cuisine!

Family Egger

Our Adler experience 3/4 board offers you:

Extensive buffet breakfast between 7.30 a.m. - 10.30 a.m.:

  • Organic cereals
  • Fresh fruit
  • Milk fresh from the farm
  • Flavourful bread rolls from the bakery
  • Egg dishes
  • and many other delicious meals to start your day!

Tyrolean snack served between 2.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.:

  • Snack
  • Sweet pastries
  • Fruit and vegetables

Evening meals served from 6.30 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.:

  • For the most part we use produce from local farms
  • Variety-packed starter buffet and vibrant salad buffet
  • Mains: Choose from fish, meat or vegetarian options
  • Alternating 1 x per week - country style speciality buffet or candle-light dinner

Our head chef and host Sigi Egger is happy to rise to the challenge and whisks up dreamy meals for you each and every day, and served with suitable wine accompaniments from our selection of wines you will certainly enjoy them all the more! 'Bewusst Tirol' – Meat from butchers in Brixen, cheese from the Alpine dairies in the region and many other products, that don't have long journeys to reach your table. That is the 'philosophy' of our chef when it comes to selecting products. He personally ensures that there is a vibrant, healthy and variety-packed selection of meals, including vegetarian dishes. One special feature are the olives, fresh olive oil and various other products from Portugal. Brother Thomas Egger supplies us with his produce from the Douro Tal - Portugal Elements: www.portugalelements.com – where he and his wife Fatima also run a very good restaurant - Restaurante Tabuadaco: www.restaurantetabuadaco.com .

"Regional and national", with a slight hint of Mediterranean cuisine is how he defines his style. Careful preparation and use of the highest quality basic products like oils, butter etc…ensures the cuisine is wholesome and provides you with an opportunity to enjoy your holiday to the full in terms of cuisine too!
